When I requested the same person to come out each time so they are familiar with my property and can continue moving forward from the last time they came, that was the best! And at this point, they are very thorough and I feel very comfortable using True Green **!
Jon did a good job with my lawn.
Its an improvement ; There was spots on the lawn grass will never grow. There is grass growing in those spots.
I've heard from other people, (not close friends) about Tru Green killing their lawn. The last time someone said this, it really peaked my interest.
I've had nothing but good service from your representative. They leave the proper information each time. I happened to be home this last visit, and he spoke to me confirming my address did his job and left. Very please exchange.
The tech who performed the last treatment was great and came to the door with the correct information and new exactly what was needed unaided. This is different then most techs over the last year who were mostly aloof to the fact that trugreen customer service manager Jonathan Cass had been supplying specific instructions to fix the yard that trugreen techs had completely destroyed over the previous two years.
I am hopeful that this tech will remain on my account as he and Jonathan are a bright spot in a company that has not seemed to care previously.
