My wife (Linda) is off to the hairdresser and left me a note asking me to fill out the survey for her and to give the specialist (Isaiah Muldrew # 55788) TWO ratings of TEN. He was very thorough and very specific in the feedback that he provided re: comments and recommendations about our lawn. Her note specifically said "give this guy 2 10's. He was thorough. Never had a specialist do this." She also noted that he remembered to close the gate leading to our pool and highlighted that with a smiley face. Please advise Isaiah that he made my wife happy to be a TruGreen customer.
Always the right service at the right time
They did what they said they would do in a timely manner. The service technician Stephen Wilson did an excellent job aerating and over seeding the yard. He was polite and very helpful with answers to my questions.

Workers are very polite, courteous. They knock on the door to let you know their outside servicing the yard. If you have questions they are willing to answer them.

Probably saved my house from burning down. I was finishing smoking in the morning and had closed the smoker to let the remnants burn off. Zach from branch # 5268 was just getting started spraying in the back. He noticed a four foot flame coming out of the top of the grill. It was only inches from the eave, gutter and roof. He knocked on the window to ask if it was supposed to be doing that.
I am truly thankful for his attentiveness and care to say something.
