Michael, of branch 5268, was the tech on my yard yesterday. He did a great job or a 10. He was very helpful and made sure my ENTIRE yard was serviced. For some reason my account profile was incorrect and he said he could fix it for me.

Michael has never serviced my yard before but I do hope that he will become my regular tech.

I tried doing it myself years ago but could hot keep up with the regimen. Trugreen has successfully kept our lawn in good shape and seems to get better with each visit.

Today the service provided by Tondes Maloy was exceptional. He was familiar with my requirements and applied the treatment in a timely manner. Also he was in in very courteous.

Rodnick Roberts has treated my yard and I have already started seeing the weeds turning yellow. So far so good!!!

The specialist: 92539-Shaquille Graham took the time to understand my service concerns and told me what to tell customer service about my account. The changes hopefully have been made and we are all on the same page i.e. servicing both my front and back yard 1,500 sq. feet.
Mr. Graham noticed moss in the yard, yes, that is one of the reasons I signed up. Our rear neighbors cut down several very large oak trees at the end of last summer. Now we have full sunlight in the back yard. I hope to re-establish the lawn. Thanks for your observations and comments, I will take them to heart.
