What I like about your services is how I’m notified ahead of time of the visit, how I can follow my technician’s progress in my neighborhood. I also like the detailed information and recommendations I receive following lawn treatment. And the TruGreen app is a wonderful tool. I can always check the number of treatments completed as well as keep up with payments.

I am a little concerned about the clumps of weeds that continue to plague my front and side Bermuda lawns. I know that you have sprayed weed & feed on the lawn. Why is it not more effective? Could it be the unusual rainfall that we've experienced?

Rodnick Roberts seemed knowledgeable in what's needed to resolve issues with weeds in my lawn. The previous treatments done this year by another Trugreen technician did not appear to be working, even after retreatments. So I look forward to working with Rodnick, and seeing better results.

One recommendation is to update your application prediction of arrival... It started sending me notices saying the services would be there before 8 am... (too early) , then did not show till 930 or so.

But not a comment on MIke, more on the mobile app.

Our technician is Victor Anthony. He does a great job treating our yard. He is very conscientious and takes pride in our yard.

I’ve been very pleased with True Green for this past year. Victor is my specialist and he is top notch. He’s very careful with my lawn, since it’s Saint Augustine and has to be treated sometimes differently. I was quite nervous about trusting a lawn company with this grass but I have confidence that Victor will take care of me.
