Appearance of Lawn

Grass looks good, but don’t know if they sprayed the backyard because there is no sign indicating. I had previous problems about spraying weed killer in the back due to killing of new seeds placed during certain seasonal times. They normally put a stake sign in the grass in the front and the back. Also I pay for entire yard coverage so I would like to know. Thanks I am getting ready to place seeds for Fall in the back this week. I don’t know how many more treatments, but I don’t want weed killer on fescue in the back and where there is dirt on the hill of the left side. Thanks
