I have called many times and complained. I even decided to give up because I was not getting the yard that I felt like I should have. Especially because it was costing me so much. However, I hung in there and continued to make my regular calls of complaints. Trugreen kept patiently doing their job.
SUDDENLY my yard became beautiful. It's about 85 percent perfect but I am pleased as to how it is looking. I would invite anyone to come see how my yard looks now.
All that I can say is---- if you want a pretty yard and you're willing to put out some bucks stick with Trugreen. It's like anything else. "You get what you pay for!"
