After two service failures last week alone...Mr. Dion Ellzy made up this morning for the lousy service last week. Needless to say, I was less than impressed with TruGreen last week. But Dion got things turned around this morning. He was prompt, arrived ahead of schedule. He was apologetic for prior mishaps, and he was very on point this visit. A total delight to work with...he was willing to take the brunt of my hostility towards TruGreen. He agreed with me totally that last weeks- No Shows, No Calls, No Texts was UNACCEPTABLE. In the future, IF there will be a service failure, COMMUNICATION of those like Mr. Ellzy will be the ONLY ones acceptable. He is a valuable asset to your organization, and you NEED more folks like HIM! Kudos to Dion for making a difference in the opinions of myself AND others...'cause I do tell lots of people about my service experiences!!! Grass is green but still has several different weeds in front and back yard

My TruGreen lawn got off to a bad start from 2019 with a lawn fungus. Today 7-18-2020 it looks like what I would expect a TruGreen lawn to look like. Special kudos to Carrie Shewbar who took an interest early on and got the corrective measures in place and moving forward. Also, kudos to Cody Rogers for his follow up with product applications, expertise and suggestions for myself to achieve the results we have today. I will continue to be a TruGreen customer and recommend same when asked.

I am happy with the treatment applied on my lawn. I could trying see the difference on the first application. I had a different service provider for a year and my lawn was dead. Your company has revived it. It even starting growing on my flower bed which I was not excited about because now I have to go in and clean it out hahaha. The only thing I am not happy with is that I have asked twice to be contacted the day before so I can unlock my gate. Yesterday I had my area treated for mosquitoes and no one called me or emailed me. Luckily, my gate was unlocked but I don't normally leave it this way.

Corey is an amazing representative for Tru Green. She is extremely knowledgeable and shows personal concern for my lawn.

Again, update your browser. Everyone is using Chrome - so should Truegreen!
