As long as we have Aaron as our technician we are very happy. We have a couple others doing bug/insect treatment etc. and weren't the happiest customers. The day we have a fellow doing Aaron's route when Aaron was off turned out to be a disaster. He was putting fertilizer down and spraying for weeds. He was done with my 10,800 sq. ft. yard in 10 minutes. That is not possible Nobody can walk that fast. I now have fertilizer burns in my grass that had just started looking fantastic. Other fertilizer burns from clumps of fertilizer that landed in clumps. Plus I had to spray for weeds since the couldn't see the ones growing in my grass. I plan on calling and requesting that Aaron be the only one doing my service. If he is off put me on the schedule when he is on.
I would like to request Austin Boyle (59176) as my technician in the future. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He is a true example of what customer service should be.
No weeds and the service techs come and go with out bothering us unless there is a problem. They do the job and do it quite well. My lawn is well taken care of.

The service technician, Aaron Lindsey, has ALWAYS taken GREAT care of us...he ALWAYS contacts me either before the service or shortly afterwards to see if I have and questions or concerns about the yard. I couldn't ask for better service as Aaron has been the only one to personally contact me to address any concerns and I appreciate the personal service....Aaron is what's right with Trugreen and I'm glad he is our service technician.
Call and set treatment times, what you do and use works.
Could improve on less granular on the walk and driveway, the edge grass for those areas is greener and grows faster and too edging is more frequent and harder.
My service tech will talk with me to find out what questions I have, and give me feed back on what's going on with my lawn.

The best part of the TruGreen Lawn Service is the retreat for free policy. It would not be beneficial to have a lawn care service, and the customer continued to pay if the weeds were not killed or at least retreated. I can at least feel good that TruGreen will return to retreat if the weeds are aggressive in growth.

I have had it since I retired and have been mostly very happy with their service. When I notice an error or some bad spots, they arrive in a few days to take care of it. Best service around.

I like Aaron Lindsey (42915). I have recommended tru green to one of my neighbors. They became a try-green member. This was all done because of Aaron's service and attitude when dealing with me. He communicates what he is doing and why he is doing. My lawn is the best it has ever been.
My brother (next door) has true green as well. I shared with him the advice Aaron provided to me about how to keep a healthy lawn. My brother used that advice and is very happy with his lawn as well.
What I don't like about try-green? The constant monthly calls to sell me shrub control, mosquito control, pest control, etc. Monthly, I have to answer these calls and say the same thing--don't need the service. I wish tru-green can just put in the system that I do not want these services.
