The service person Austin Cline will listen to my comments about my needs for my lawn and try to explain what he can do to meet the lawn needs that I have. In some of my previous service people i felt like all they cared about was putting down the application and leaving.
A representative came out and alleviated our worries within days of our call.

Joseph Cruz was my specialist yesterday, May 10, and he discussed the care of my lawn, treatment for the day, and sprayed for some weeds in a couple of spots. He was very encouraging and extremely helpful. I really liked talking with him and was glad to know about how knowledgeable he was and liked his suggestions. I hope he comes back!

I like the fact that I receive a phone call telling me when you are coming to service my yard. Also, if I need to change the schedule, it is done for me.

Their efforts to keep me as a MORE THAN HAPPY CUSTOMER, is to the point of remarking.
I have called Liz multiple times over the past few months due to the pesky weeds in my lawn. I'm pretty sure by now they think I'm the annoying customer, however each time I call Liz, she makes sure I'm scheduled quickly (within the next week or 2), and she is always such a pleasure to speak with and very professional. I've enjoyed our talks, I see her passion for customer service and keeping customers (even pesky ones like me) happy - GREAT JOB TO LIZ.
For Jeremby, he is always very courteous, knowledgeable about the products he is applying to the yard, and most importantly takes the time out of his very busy schedule to make sure I have an understanding of the weeds that are in the lawn and how the chemical to the lawn will take care of the weeds over time. SIMPLY PUT- HE IS AWESOME

Jeremy Moore, Branch 5955, came out today to do service. I let him know that we had put grass seed down almost two weeks ago and he was nice enough to let us know we should reschedule. This did not happen last year when I spoke face to face with another TruGreen employee and all my new grass died.
Jeremy also talked to me about which type of grass seed I should use for different areas of my yard and where I should put the bermuda grass seed today. He indicated when he comes back in two weeks, he will treat that large area with fertilizer only.
Jeremy Moore is now my new best friend!
We appreciate our specialist, Robert White, as he is thorough. He always has a smile and has a great attitude. He always tries to be of help.
Our regular Service Person did a horrible job on our lawn which left bare spots and weeds. We tried to tell him we were not happy but apparently he never listened. Several visits he never
showed up which prompted us to call the local office to complain. Today (March 5, 2017)
a new man showed up by name of Jason. He was wonderful ... listened to our complaints
and told us the previous service man did not do his job right as we should not have the
weed problem we were having at this time of year. He told us he would fix it for us and
we are going to give him a chance. We would like Jason to be our regular lawn man
from now on ... 110 Danika Drive ... Huntsville, N.J. as we like what he has proposed to
do for the lawn to get it back to it's good condition. We are, because of Jason, giving
TrueGreen a chance to make things right. I gave a number 9 only because of Jason's
talk with us today. He is knowledgeable and friendly and seems to really know his stuff. The
last guy would have gotten a score of 2.
When is my next lawn service scheduled? I thought it was to be 3/23/`17 same day as my tree/shrub service
Weed control and promptness in taking care of our yard.
We are very pleased with our Tech, Robert White. He does an excellent job and always calls before he comes out. We have a gate that we need to open. We hope you keep him as our tech.
