Rob White is great! This is the first time we have used a lawn service to treat our yard and we were skeptical, but our yard has NEVER looked this good. I have had so many questions and Rob has been patient and answered in terms I could understand. What kind of grass we have...watering habits...mowing height. (My husband is a stroke victim, no longer able to take care of the yard spraying, fertilizing, etc. And hasn't gotten his speech back, so unable to tell me what to do.)
Rob has a great personality; he's professional, friendly and like I said, patient. I am 67 yrs old, so I ask a lot of questions every time he's here, some of which I probably asked the time before.

For the last three treatments, I have had the same Lawn Care Specialist, Jimmie White. Since he has been treating my lawn, there has been a very significant change. The weeds and grasses that kept true growth of the desired grass from occurring are close to being in check.
Each of the first few treatments was haphazard. Each time it was a different person and often the treatment was spotty. I watched one man go to the center of my back lawn and spray a weed killer and leave without treating the entire lawn. The grass in the center turned yellow and died, leaving a patch still struggling to fill in with desired growth.
With Jimmie, I am confident that he cares and represents what I expected from TruGreen when I agreed to have them treat my lawn.

Craig from branch 5955 provides my tree and shrub service. I have extensive landscaping in a semi rural setting and the service provided is reliable, effective and personalized. I am very satisfied with the service Craig provides. Care is taken not to get harmful chemicals into my KOI pond and he provides detailed, personalized explanations about service provided with each visit.
I like the automated reminders. The phone response time when i call in is very good.

Yesterday I had my lawn aerated and overseeded. Bobby Johnson performed the aeration task and did an excellent job. He was very careful on turns not to scar the grass/dirt and I am very pleased with the results.
I am very appreciative of my technician, Robert White, for his complete commitment to provide the service I need for my lawn care.
Tim Lewis came and treated my lawn today. He called me at work from the property and we discussed the weeds he sprayed for and where they were located to ensure that the specific areas of concern had been addressed. He described the application and results to be expected. I identified a problem area to him and he spot treated it while we were on the phone. I am very pleased. Communication with the service specialists has been the biggest challenge. The best results are achieved when we are able to work as a team, since I spend the most time on the lawn and can identify specific weed areas for treatment.
The reminder calls and the thorough treatment given by our service tech, Robert White. He is personable and makes sure he does the added treatment to troubled areas. He is always polite and has a smile on his face. You can tell he enjoys his job.

Since contracting with Trugreen my trees have never looked better. Great growth rate, lush greenery, healthy leaves, no signs of pest damage. Trugreen Specialist Ben Barraza has performed many of my tree and shrub applications and is very thorough and knowledgeable of each type of application being applied. He is cordial, respectful and the primary reason I have such healthy trees and shrubs. My shrubs were in trouble till I called TruGreen. My Azaleas in front of my long porch appeared to be dying. My Technician rescued every one of them. Also the privets around my patio had bug webs on top for over 20 years, Now they all are gone.

Specialist Jason Russell - 52282 is exceptionally helpful and informative when he services our property. He takes the time to calculate what our yard needs to keep it strong and healthy. Our yard looks great. In order to keep the plan he has created for our yard we would be very pleased to keep him as our service coordinator.
I expected a turnaround in the condition of my lawn earlier in the season once I began your service. That hasn't yet happened. I am not complaining (yet): I will give it a complete season before I make an assessment.
I rate my Specialist highly. He is timely and helpful.

I had a previous lawn care service and parts of my lawn were simply dying. I asked them about it and they acted like they weren't interested in answering my questions.
I signed up with TruGreen and talked to the specialist about my concerns. He told me what he was going to do and that the bald spots should start to fill in nicely. This was May of this year. It's now October and he was exactly correct. Not only are the bald spots healing but the rest of the lawn is a dark, luscious green color.
I am very impressed with this service and my specialist (Eddie Jackson, Jr).
