Tim Lewis at Branch # 5955 has completed my annual visits with the pre-emergence application. Tim has done a great job...my yard looks wonderful...He receives a "10" in every category...I would like to request he service my account next year as I plan to renew in 2018.
Your Specialists are friendly and capable of understanding the owner's concerns about the lawn problems.
The downside to my service from TruGreen is that every time I receive a service call, there is a different Specialist. There is no continuity to allow continuing communications for continuous lawn improvement.

i love the fact that my technician is very socialable and always makes sure that he lets me know that he is at my house and treating! I also love my local branch off of trade drive in Huntsville! Jesse is the representative at the front when you first walk in and he is great ! always ready and willing to handle whatever I come in for!
I was trying to access the survey as to the performance of your technician but when I registered there was no gray "Send us your feedback" icon to click so I was not able to rate the technician that came out to spray my trees and shrubs. His name was Craig and he did a thorough job and I was well pleased with him. I would rate him a "10."
