Initially I was skeptical that my service with Trugreen would be as excellent as my previous service, but over the last several treatments I have an increased confidence in Trugreen. Today's service was "well done"!

We receive a phone call letting us know that service is scheduled weather permitting. The staff arrives and gets to work. They leave the ticket on the door and almost all leave it on the side door for us. We've requested side door because it cannot be seen from the street. The yard seems to be improving and we are glad.

The professionalism of TRUGREEN Specialist, Mr. Dennis Baxter, Branch#5955, and Customer#Phone number removed. He explained the process as to the plan I have. He was through, and patient. initially, I expressed my concerns and disappointment with the services' I was receiving, and had plan to discontinue TRUGREEN Lawn Care Services, at the completion of my contract. My lawn had weeds, and crabgrass every where, I have been embarrassed so much, that I would quickly remove TRUGREEN sign off my lawn. Mr. Baxter, phoned prior to his arrival, and rang my door bell, instead of saying on the invoice "I knocked on the door, sorry I missed you". I supposed the door bell was invisible. LOL. Mr. Baxter, recommended a core aeration annually, and explained why my lawn was in need for this said treatment. I was truly impressed, and a happy customer. I've decided to remain a TRUGREEN customer. This is saying a lot from a Specialist whom been with TRUGREEN for three weeks. He should be commended for the excellent customer service he provided!!! If not, for Mr. Baxter explaining the Tru Health Lawn Plan process, expertly and exactly to me, I would have chosen not to renew my contract with TRUGREEN Lawn Care Services. He even explained the services performed and what to expect over a period of time per application. If it were up to me, Mr. Baxter would be my TRUGREEN Specialist indefinably. Thank you, again for your kindness, expertise, patience, and professionalism. On a scale from 1 through 10, Mr. Baxter would surpass those numbers' easily, and he did.
