I please with the service when the tech knocks on my door to let me know service will be done. I work out of my home. Therefore, I don’t like when a tech leaves a notice indicating service has been completed and do not get a knock on my door, I don’t know if there was service.
I get a voice message saying someone will be at my home for service and a tech shows up on a different day. I try and make sure I am home or someone else in my family is home to meet the tech.
When I call the office , someone calls me and is always nice and takes care of my call.

it seems that my true green application is in sync on the same day with my grass cutting. I would like more flexiblity in changing my TG application to another day. This was not easily received by
my local branch. this could be improved.

How you call in advance of coming, knock on the door to see if we are home to discuss the service and ask if we have any questions. I don't remember you guys doing this all the time previously. The cost of the services provided is reasonable.
I like that the scheduling is easy and effortless. I do wish that the service was tailored a little bit on hours where the homeowner would be home. It would be nice to talk to the professionals get their opinion and maybe tips on how to keep an healthy lawn.
