We have the tree and shrub service and find that it offers a very good protection and value for our extensive landscape. The technicians that perform the service do a great job covering all areas in our yard. I even expanded the coverage this year based on their recommendations and added additional spring treatments.
Your specialists - and you - are doing a better job of communicating to me as a homeowner about what you've done in our yards. The software upgrades permit your specialists to write complete sentences which are readable and informative. Nathan came to our door to tell us that he was servicing, a nice touch but not necessary in my humble opinion. Your specialists have been servicing our yards for years and we are quite accustomed to seeing them and your trucks in front. They are courteous and respectful of our property which we appreciate.

Because, over the recent years, I was unable to make contact with the local office I had complaints that the parent company would not respond to nor address.
Finally, and may be luckily, I was able to make personal contacts with the local office.
The interface was considerately understood and satisfactorily resolved.

i like the fact you don't need to purchase all the recommended applications. someone can do what they can afford. you can either pay up front or after an application. if we are home when the technician comes the person takes the time to talk to us and explains what they are doing.
