The Tree and Shrub technicians do a through job applying the various treatments. It's a cost effective service vs applying the chemicals myself.

I like service but I don't like pellets perfer liquid treatment.
My lawn looks great and Shawn (52461) does a great job informing me what he noticed during my service and provides recommendations to improve the quality of my lawn.

Randy Strangman was exceptional. He came to my house and walked the entire lawn and helped me determine what the problems were with the lawn and what the solution would be. I had experienced difficulty getting a TruGreen person to meet me to walk the lawn and was about to cancel my service. However, Randy came out and was extremely helpful. He should be complimented and deserves very positive accolades. I am keeping my account with TruGreen because of him.

I have two great service technicians, Glen Sockey and Randy Strangeman. They are both very knowledgeable and personable. Glen takes care of my lawn and Randy takes care of my trees and shrubs. Having the same techs for the entire season is important because I am able to establish a personal relationship with them and they are able to monitor and treat the changing conditions of my property more effectlvely. Good job guys!!
I am very happy with the service that Joan O. Has provided. What I don't like is that I had to wait 2 months between the first and the second service this year, 4/19-6/20. My second objection is that after true green joined with scott' lawn service my payments went up from $35 (I was a scott's lawn service customer) to $41 per application. As Trump would tweet 'sad.' Oh well!
