Randy Strangman did my final treatment for bushes and shrubs. He knocked on my door and explained what he was going to do. Nice guy. I would definitely use him again to do my treatments.

To Trugreen management team:
This is my first year with Trugreen. The experience is really mixed.
On negative side, I had several issues during the year, and it is absolutely a nightmare every time I need to work through 800 number to get to the local branch. There were communication issues, and often my requests were not captured or delayed. One particular note, my sprinkler system was damaged during the aeration service, and the service guy simply went away without notifying me. I called and finally got the approval for reimbursement of repair. I sent the copy of check to service manager, and followed up with him twice, no response within a month. I called back 800 number, two days later, I got a call from the service manager saying that I need to send a copy of bill. I dont have a copy of bill as I paid the guy cash and he does not want to send me a bill for tax reasons.
On positive side, I must give the highest recognition to Glenn (my service guy), who is very proactive, patient, and always willing to go extra step if needed. Glenn is probably the biggest reason that I am still with Trugreen. I would recommend Glenn to anyone in my neighborhood.
Techs are always willing to take the time to talk to you about your lawn and shrubs if you have any questions and offer suggestions or solutions.
The email reminders, the drivers are coutisous and customer service

Today I spoke to service tech Ashley, who listened to my problems and immediately resolved them. She was very interested in the difficulties I experienced, and said she would take steps so this would not occur again. This was truly customer service!

Polite people working for you, lawn always looks great would like it if you paid a little more attention to the corners when aerating and fertilizer other than that great job!
