Derry A. Price performed my first application of fertilizer and crab grass purée regent this morning.
Derry did an excellent job. He was very polite and he explained the details of what he was performing. Derry cautioned me to not let our pet dog come in contact with the lawn until the application was dry - about 24 hours to be safe.
Derry represents Truegreen very well, excellent desire to achieve customer satisfaction.
Technician Travis is just excellent. TrueGreen is fortunate t such a fine quality, competent conscientious employee.
I have an issues with lawn care treatment material. First, quantity of pe-emergent Barricade material applied was minimal to be effective. I received Low Coverage at 50 pounds per 11000 square foot rate applied. For my 18,698 square-foot property area only 75 pounds of Barricade material was applied. Too little material to be totally effective. That is, 10 pounds of Barricade material less than the manufacturer recommended Low Coverage amount level of 84.5 pounds for my property area.
The manufacturer of pre-emergent Barricade material recommends 50 pounds per 8300 square-foot area as Medium Coverage volume application, And, 50 pounders per 5400 ft.² to be the High Coverage volume of material to apply.
As a minimum, I’d like to get pre-emergent Barricade material applied at the Medium Coverage volume rate of 50 pounds per 8300 ft.² on my property. That service request translates into approximately 112 pounds a Barricade material. The High Coverage rate calls for 173 pounds of Barricade material.
Specific Request: please promptly repeat the 74 pound application to get coverage between 112 pounds to 173 pounds of Barricade pre-emergent material applied. That is, total application amount of appropriately 148 pounds of Barricade pre-emergent material.
I certainly appreciate your efforts to help improve both my Lawn and Tree & Shrub Care over these last thirty years.

4/12/18's 1st service didn't finish ALL my area, so I called TrueGreen, TrueGreen sent 2nd person do service on 4/26/18. Thank you TrueGreen, I will tell my neighbors TreeGreen's followup service is so good!!
4/26/18, Alexis Sanchez did great serverice to ALL my area, he is so professional and nice, and made customer love TrueGreen.
One sugguestion, due to Alexis Sanchez knew my lawn front is an irregular area, can you let Alexis Sanchez do my lawn all year?
