I like not having to purchase lawn application materials and decide how much to apply. Having TruGreen is a no-brainer; they do all the work and they're much better versed than I am in how much to apply, what to apply, and when to apply it. I didn't get a chance to talk with Donte Holmes due to Covid but I did watch what he did and got some tips that I can use on my own. The written comments are also gems about how to improve my lawn's appearance that I will definitely use. Donte was thorough and efficient; I'm glad he's is my lawn specialist.

I’m very pleased with the lawn service.
I think Trugreen has the service person on a tight schedule, they seem to be in a hurry to finish & move on. I've notice this many times over the years I've used Trugreen. Johnnie Chow does a very good job and wish he was my service person all the time but so far I might see him for 1 Or 2 service calls then another service person shows up.
I explain to Johnnie what I think needs attention & he takes care to do the job right.
I've had Trugreen aeration for 3 or4 years but will not have it done this year because I'm disapointed with the results.
Please keep Johnnie Chow on my service route.
So this was my first treatment, and Johnnie Chow really took the time to explain what treatments would be preformed today, and explained exactly what those treatments were in a way that made me understand it much more clearly. He was patient and answered all of my questions without any hesitations. I've previously used other companies but their employees have never been as thorough- let alone even talked to me! I can't wait for my yard to look beautiful, and with the help of Johnnie- I know it's going to be great! :)
