I have had a lot of ups and downs with TruGreen the past 2-years... however, my new Lawn Care Specialist, LARRY CONNIN is awesome! Honestly, I was thinking of canceling my TruGreen subscription this year, however when Larry arrived he was helpful, knowledgeable, and very communicative about my lawn issues and quickly found a way to help address them. He's the best TrugGreen Lawn Care Specialist I've met in 2+years as a customer and I'm now looking forward to a good year... thanks to him. ~ Name removed

Efficient and Effective!
So far I have been taken care of really well. Two days prior to my next service I get a phone call telling me I have an upcoming service scheduled which is very convenient. My specialist William Keys takes great pride in what he does and always goes out of his way to answer all of my questions.
Mauriel Moon came to service my lawn today. When I got home, he had just pulled up to my house. I looked at him and said "shoot, I was hooping to get the grass cut before you treated my lawn".... he was very accommodating and asked if I wanted him to come back... I told him that would be great! (He had 2 or 3 other houses on my street to do). I was able to cut my grass before he returned!
The thoroughness of your work and the tailored plan for my lawn
I think that the technicians (DJ Gordon and John Whittaker) are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Mr.Gordon just completed a lime treatment asked if I had any questions. I asked his advice about the bare spot on my side lawn. He gave me great advice and even put down some extra grass seed that he had on his truck. I will follow his advice and hope that the lawn will improve. Thank you Tru Green for great customer service. Your technicians deserve an 11

Johnnie Chow the service man who performed the service at my place is a diligent technician. He did ring the bell to make sure he notified he was there here today and was performing the service at my place. He explained and also asked if I have any questions or concerns regarding the service. He did excellent job with perfection of details and did his job very well. I was really impressed. I haven't seen other technician who gave such quality service. I would ask for him to service my lawn from now on. 10/10 for him.
