I am a returning customer since the transition from Scotts Lawn Service in my area. I initially changed to Scotts several years ago since TruGreen service was not yielding the type of lawn I expected after over 10 years of being a customer. Scotts was able to improve my lawn in 2 years! I have decided to try TruGreen again with high expectations my lawn will continue to improve. I appreciate the notification calls prior to service treatments and the courtesy of the technicians. Expecting an improvement in customer service when it is necessary to call via phone since wait times and call backs were a problem in the past. Thank you.

So, John came out to our house today. He knocked on the door to let us know he was here. He proceeded to spray the yard, front and back. Once he was done he came back up to the front door where I met with him. He gave me a copy of the invoice and proceeded to explain the process and what to expect over the next couple of week. He was very helpful in identifying the type of grass we had and the certain weeds that were invading our property. I was very satisfied with Johns knowledge.
