As for the company however i have had good customer service when i call in for assistance but am not receiving services like i use to with Scotts.

I would like someone for Trugreen to call and leave a message at least a day ahead of time that you will be treating our lawn and provide an AM estimated time so that I can be here or make sure that our dog is inside before arrival. The last two times I have received service I was not notified ahead of time. This is important to me.
