My lawn specialist Permon Riggins was very helpful this morning as I had a question about my lawn.
Consistency
Comunication is very good,,
If I see that a particular treatment is not working as well as I think it should, re-treatment is done promptly and courteously. Treatment specialists are always courteous and seem to try to do a good job with treatments.
The representative explains what is going on with the lawn before applying treatment. Also, they are able to guide the person on lawncare for improvement.
Service always on time.
I like the advance notice of when a technician is coming to the home and the update on the day the technician is there. In addition, I like that the invoice is readily available when the technician is finished, detailing what was done, what was noticed and recommendation.
One thing that I would suggest is that when you make observations about weeds and things of that nature, the average person does not know what you're talking about because they are not familiar with every variety of weeds. I guess what I'm suggesting is that your observations be more "dumbed down" for the average person to understand. It's like having a doctor speak with you and you have no clue what he/she is talking about, because you don't have their medical knowledge. Of course all this does not apply if the customer has the opportunity to speak to the technician in person.
