You call a few days before to tell us when the technician is coming and the person shows up on that day, knocks, talks if we're home, and leaves a note. Albert is great. He always talks to us.
Hamilton did a great job once again. He knocked down all the wasp nests, then sprayed around the perimeter of the house. He kept going even in the rain!
