Technician Rahn Arnold always does a fantastic job treating my lawn and concentrates on areas of the lawn that require special attention. We wish to have him perform our treatments all the time so our yard looks its best. Other TruGreen technicians who have treated the lawn fail to inspect and treat trouble areas with the same level of detail and care and we notice a considerable decline in the state of our lawn over time, with weeds germinating and propagating throughout the property leading to violation letters from our HOA. Rahn Arnold gets a +10 score.

While we have had a few issues with untimely spraying visits, I.e. it’s time for us to come again when they were just here 2 1/2 weeks previously, the call person and the tech have been cooperative and made the proper adjustments. The dog died six years ago and they finally updated that.

Cassius New knocked on my door to let me know he was on my property and to ask if I had any questions or concerns about my lawn. He took time from what I am sure was a tight schedule to chat with me for a while.
First of all, Tru Green has been the best! I use a majority of their services for Lawn, Pest control and Shrub/trees. As a longtime Florida resident of 50 years plus, I know the environment here and trust to Tru Green. There are other companies with a long history as well, but none compare in my opinion.
It also is due to the technicians they send, but my Lawn Care specialist, Stephen Boutin, is top notch. His advice helped me get through droughts, flooding, and freezes. My lawn is green and weed free while my neighbors’ lawns are dead looking and filled with dollar weed, nutsedge and other pests. I’ll stick with Tru Green and have one less thing to worry about as a homeowner in a state where the natural environment can be tough to deal with.
