Kept going during Covid
Our Service Specialist is John Morrin for trees and shrubs and we have different techs for lawn service, all under the supervision of Brandon DePalma. They have all been very respectful of our property. I have gotten several compliments on how well and green the lawn looks and how healthy the shrubs look. I am especially pleased with the through recap that is given to us when the treatment is over explaining in detail what was done and any recommendations.

I like the advance notice of when a technician is coming to the home and the update on the day the technician is there. In addition, I like that the invoice is readily available when the technician is finished, detailing what was done, what was noticed and recommendation.
One thing that I would suggest is that when you make observations about weeds and things of that nature, the average person does not know what you're talking about because they are not familiar with every variety of weeds. I guess what I'm suggesting is that your observations be more "dumbed down" for the average person to understand. It's like having a doctor speak with you and you have no clue what he/she is talking about, because you don't have their medical knowledge. Of course all this does not apply if the customer has the opportunity to speak to the technician in person.
