Staff are helpful and easy going. I like that it is quiet. Not a fan of blaring aerobic music to get you going. I like how structured it is and that you can see measured progress.
This exercising technique is based on muscular physiology as it is presently understood. The weight machines are computer programed to keep all three (+) types of muscle fibers working through out the full range of motion. The human factor of a spotter is eliminated, and allows a safe maximum lift every repetition. I try to lift the max every session, and have increased my strength 120% in 12months. I like hitting it hard and heavy 20 minutes twice a week, rather than hours in the gym.

The smallness of the room, not big and noisy like other workout businesses. Cleanliness. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Easy to adjust my schedule if needed. Encouragement and feedback I get during and after my workout. Also the fact staff always asks before we start how I am feeling and if anything is hurting or causing pain.

You have a trainer with each client. Each piece of equipment focuses on all parts of our bodies. I is a wonderful way to stay fit. They are very professional and courtesy to everyone.

Location, size and length of workouts
I love the 1:1 training and information. I’m not only gaining strength, I’m gaining knowledge about how to do what I need to. I like getting to know the trainers and having them cheer me on to keep at it!
