I have used Zerorez two or three times and my carpets always look great. Our technician was a wonderful young man who was polite and friendly. I'll use Zerorez again the next time I get my carpets cleaned.

You made it right. The other technician that came did an exceptional job. He got out stains the other one said they wouldn't come out. The only thing is that I had to fight so hard and you wouldn't have believed me it wasn't for Josh. That's pretty sad. Do you know that you have not a good reputation and I didn't know until after this. I think you should pay the person for a good job even though it's a redo because he did a much better job.
