Our carpets felt like they were as clean as they were when they were new, the smell was clean. The workers were outstanding, next time we have the carpets cleaned, I want to have them.
The temperature that day was minus 6 degrees, the equipment froze up and they had to leave to get a different truck. They returned to finish and did a great job. Thank you and both of them.

The only thing negative about the experience would be that upon scheduling the woman I had spoke too had no idea about the 2 day 50% duct cleaning promotion going on and tried to tell me it wasn't local. So I looked at the email and it said Spokane valley so I called her back and she figured it out.
