We had a very sick kitty and they cleaned up spots that we weren't sure could be cleaned up. You can't even tell there were spots there. Very professional and I will definitely be recommending them to others!

I like that there is a pretreatment prior to the wash. The young man was nice and conscientious. He wore booties and used corner guards. Our carpet looks great!
