The technitian was polite and knowledgible. He explained how soil can damage carpet fibers so they cannot be cleaned completely. He did a good job and my carpet looks much cleaner - especially in the traffic areas.

We had our vents and carpets done. I can say that we were extremely pleased with how the carpets turned out. To be honest though, I would probably never pay the money for our vents/furnace again. The furnace was not even vacuumed, it was only "wiped down". I feel for that amount of money a more thorough job could have been done.

I was amazed!! I have been cleaning my carpets, every four to six months, myslef with the rented machine for years and thought I did pretty good job. I will never again clean my own carpet. Zero rez took two hours to do what would have taken me at least six with much better results and my back doesn't hurt a bit.
