If you're going to ask what I like, then you also should ask what I don't like.

I think Zerorez does a better job than other cleaning companies I have tried including Sears and Stanley Steamer. You have always come on time and never over-wet the carpets. The carpets are clean although some areas of ground in dirt return with time.

During this last cleaning, my feedback, other than the positives above, include:

l. Zerorez worker put a large chair in my main hallway, and I had a devil of a time extricating it from the hall back into the living room. I am 71, but I somehow managed after much struggling. I was cussin' him out a little.

2. Since this is winter, Zerorez worker needs to shut the front door as much as possible that still permits the hose passage. In my case, the door was left wide open with lots of cold air entering my house. I'm not looking forward to a higher bill from Avista.

3. I had more than 3 areas done, and was surprised the special price was not allowed to be the cost for the other rooms. Would have been nice to have been told this at the time I made the appointment.

Patrick had a great attitude and did a great job on my carpets. They look almost brand new even if thay are 14 years old. The house smelled very good after he got done.

Unfortunately I was not at the house when the service happened...something came up. I came home to the finished job and I am not disappointed!!! My carpet looks like new! The citrus smell was so nice compared to the usual chemicals used. The carpet came out clean and dried quickly. The gentlemen who did the cleaning were polite and considerate.
