Tosh, our tech from Zerorez, was here on time, well groomed and very courteous. He was very informative of the process he was going to do to clean our furnace ducts and clean our carpets. He did a fantastic job and took his time to make sure he did a quality and thorough job. Tosh uses his time wisely and it made me tired watching him do his work. I would definately have Tosh back out to clean our carpets and duct work again when needed. This was actually Tosh's second time cleaning the carpets and the second time I was amazed at the quality of his work. Great job Tosh and Zerorez.

Very clean carpet the tech was efficient and knowledgable. I was only disappointed in the time window. They said between 8-10 and showed up at 10:50. But the job was done great.
