I think it works. My only complaint is that I had to 5 x 7 rugs cleaned that I orginally paid $100.00 for, I felt that your price to clean each one, which was $60.00 was way over the top.

The fact that chemicals are not used and it's quite natural! The house smelled wonderful after being sprayed. Both the techs I've had in my home have been utterly fantastic, as well! Taylor is incredibly customer focused and did a through job, leaving absolutely no mess behind :) Kudos to both Taylor and the hiring manager at Zerorez, you have an amazing employee!

Technician was timely and professional. I also liked that you could book on-line. I was very pleased with the entire service.
If I had one complaint it would be that the windows to book on-line looked like 2 hour windows in reality it was 4 hours. I called the office after I received my email confirmation and she explained it was a glitch in the system. It is a 4 hour window. She accommodated my schedule so it all turned out great.
