Cleans well & has a fresh smell

I am very impressed with Josh and Mark in their efforts to find a product that will accomplish what we hope it will in our hotel room bathrooms. Both tech's, Nathan and Brandon are wonderful too. The whole experience with Zerorez has been great. We are working together in a true partnership to accomplish the same goal. I'm impressed with how responsive they are to our needs.

From the initial phone call to the exceptional service performed it was very professional. You did exactly what you promised, at the time you promised it, and a courtesy call per my request. The tech was very nice and did his job very well. I couldn't believe I called at 9:00am and was completely finished by 12:00. Great customer service and my carpets look great for a very fair price.
