I very much appreciate your technician who was willing to come to my house shortly after 2:00 on New Years Eve day. It was alast minute decision on my part. Nick was polite, efficient and helpful. He thoroughly explained your range of services. The carpets are clean and look wonderful.
I also appreciate the office person who arranged for him to come to my home. Thanks to her I am starting 2014 with clean, microbe free carpets. My new great-grandaughter will enjoy crawling on them when she comes to visit.

Friendly, professional, carpet looks like brand new also like the booties the technician wears to keep the outside dirt out while setting up and cleaning the carpet. All in all a very good experience.
