Your tech was knowledgable and friendly, he protected our property and was fast and efficient. I work in a big box home improvement center and sell tons of carpet always explaining to our customers the importance of the initial professional cleaning with in 18 months and then bi- annually. I now have seen the value in it as our carpet was just installed a couple of years ago and it pulled it back upright and clean.

Chris, who cleaned our carpets was great. The office phoned and told me when he would be here, he was ontime and courteous and professional. He took great care of our home by wearing booties over his shoes and placing corner guards where they were needed. Our carpets look fantastic and they were dry and soft within a short time. we were very happy to have Zerorez clean for us and will refer and or use them again.

The attendant was very thorough and efficient. He explained stains and how best to treat them. We had recently moved into our home. The basement carpet was stained and musty smelling. After the carpet cleaning the carpet came out clean, with all stains removed and musty smell was gone. We will recommend Zerorez to others. Plus we ask the attendant about cleaning ducts in the house. He knew the subject and the process as a skilled worked should. I will be scheduling an appointment soon. We will use Zerorez again in future cleaning on our home.
