My carpets come out clean & fresh smelling!

Arrived on time. Friendly and efficient. EXCEPT: Unable to start on time because of a missing key for a machine in the truck. Had to wait for someone from the office to bring it out. A better "start the day checklist" would seem to be in order.

The guy was super hot. Honestly I was moving out and really wasn't worried how the floors came out. The guy was nice and clean I would definitely use you again you sent him.

Appointment time was honored, and service was completed timely. Although the service was a repeat of the prior year's service which also cleaned the room's closet carpet, we failed to mention the closet although we had cleared it's floor. He did ask if there was anything else that we needed. The closet was skipped by the cleaner, and we did not realize the omission until after he left.

It works....however this first time there still appears to be a dirty area in one of the rooms that was cleaned. Still love you your work. Name removed

My appointment was for between 12 and 4. At 12 I got a phone call telling me that the technician would be here between 12:30 and 1. I really appreciated that.
