99% of all carpet clean looks excellent. The single exception is a remaining stain dead center in the basement carpet. We would appreciate a second cleaning of that stain.

Prompt, excellent service, carpets look wonderful (much better than anticipated), and the young man who did the job was personable, friendly and polite. I couldn't be happier with the results - like all my friends before me (who recommended Zerorez to me), I will gladly tell everyone I know that Zerorez is the way to go.
