We loved how friendly and considerate and knowledable the guy was that cleaned our carpet and chairs! We love that smell of the cleaner and we absolutely love how our carpet looks and feels! It's wonderful! We have used Zerorez in the past and will definately use them in the future and will keep recommending them to everyone!

The tech was very personable and I feel he worked hard to clean the carpets and did not just go through the motions. He offered a filter and duct cleaning but we had recently just had that done and upgraded. Time will tell if the cleaning was worth if but so far it looks and smells great.
