The carpet looks wonderful. Smells nice and fresh. Almost like when it was new. It appears that the pet treatment was effective. Mr. Hanley was a wealth of information and extremely professional. I will be asking for him in the future to clean our carpet. I always tell people to use zerorez.

I guess I'd have to say I was impressed with the overall results. I also liked the friendliness of the technician (Rusty) while at the same time going about getting the job done in a professional manner.

Teams are prompt and communication is great. Team came back to fix a stain that wasn't there before they arrived but was after they left. Was curious and I appreciated their prompt attention to this.
