I have a large family, a dog, a cat, and operate an in-home daycare. My carpets get USED. I love the outcome that Zerorez brings to my carpet. There cleaning method lifts the dirt from the most heavily used areas. Yes, I have a couple "hot spots" that may never look brand new, like at the "T" in my hallway and at the entryway where I had parents sign in and out their children. However, those spots look wonderful now. My clients are happy, my family is happy, and I'm happy (which means everyone is happy) Thank you Zerorez.

Thank you for following up on my comment regarding cleaning both sides of sofa cushions. The follow-up technician did a fine job cleaning the cushions and asked if there were other concerns which he also addressed. I am satisfied with the job done.
