Good job but carpets were wet for over 8 hours
Had requested early appointment didn't arrive u Neill 1115 and I had to leave at 1145 for an app pimento which I had advised the scheduler. Luckily husband was able to be there

I thought he did a great job. I had the carpet cleaned due to cat urine in a couple of areas. He kept me informed of the process that he was taking to get the odor/stain out of the carpet.
