Our only concern was that the carpet was very wet. It took over ten hours to dry on a mid
90 degree day. It may have been possible that the young man was trying to catch up some time and didn't notice how wet the carpet was. His first appointment was a nightmare. He did not
say that. We surmised that from a comment about the carpet not being cleaned in eight years.
It is too bad customers can't be a little more accurate with information, when making an
appointment.

I liked the fact that Rusty was so willing to help get the pet spots out of my rug and he did a fantastik job! My new neigbor across the street asked me about Zerorez when she saw the truck out front and asked if I would recommend them, I said very much so! The first visit didn't go well. The floors were wet for days. Another cleaner came out and remedied the situation. I had new furniture arrive while he was cleaning and he was very accommodating. I will definitely call you again.

They were late to get here, which was a problem as I run a busy office and the three girls had the afternoon off, one person had to stay behind (miss her afternoon off due to being late 33 minutes), other than that it was awesome!!! Not only is your team punctual but they're extr knowledge and courteous. I have used Zerorez for several years now and everyone I am beyond happy with the end result. The two brothers I had on Wednesday were so amazing that they even enteracted with my two children (8 and 4 years old) that are in the "why" stage. Not only did they just answer all their crazy questions but they explained each one and kept a huge smile on their faces. I give both of these gentlemen an A+ and will request them for all of my further services. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!! My carpet looks amazing again!!

Excellent job with no residue. Just a bit surprised at the cost for the stairs. Special was 3 rooms for $ 99.00 a great price but the stairs were 99.00 plus the landing! Should have questioned the technician more carefully but at this rate, we'!! clean the carpets every 2 years instead of one. Technical help was very good. Contact me if possible. Thank you

Professional staff, skilled technitions, punctual for appointments, responsible with property such as our rentals they often have to lock up when they leave and they have everytime. Also if a call back is necessary there is no hassel, they promptly come out and finish the job. Great company.

Service was good. Tech was very polite and worked hard to get stains out of our carpets. Service call was on time. I thought the charges for a 8 foot hallway was an overcharge. Over all, the carpet does look better.

Gage was engaging and businesslike,while working at full speed throughout the process. He did well as to asking important questions of the doors to use and explaining the process of cleaning. As far as using corner guards not to ding my drywall or wall heaters ,he failed to use any of them. He needs to use his cell phone to show the customer what figures he is adding up. Overall--------he is a great tech and has good people skills ,but might need to improve his final billing presentation. , or is that the company's lack of invoicing with paper pricing the real problem. I had to send two e-mails and wait on the phone 14 minutes to request some kind of proof that I paid 300.00 dollars. You have a glitch in your customer friendly billing process!
