Was blown away how good my sewing room carpet looked after zerorez cleaned it. When they left, I noticed a wet spot in front of my kitchen door. When I called them back the next day, they came within several hours and recleaned the spot and my carpet now looks new.

I very much liked the technician that worked on the carpets . . . he tried to get all the stains out. I have to say, however, that I was somewhat disappointed that some stains did not come out and that after the carpets dried there was still a "not clean" odor that lingered in some of the rooms.
The home that was cleaned is now for sale. The day after having the rugs cleaned the home went on the market and there were 15 agents who toured the house with their clients. I had one agent remark that I should have the basement carpets cleaned! I didn't tell her that they had just been done.
I would still recommend your company, just saying I know these carpets were challenging but I guess I had higher expectations.

Very flexible. I was not for sure what I wanted cleaned, and I appreciated that I did not have to commit to a certain amount of rooms. We had our lake place cleaned in CDA and used a different company. They charged $475 for 4 rooms and 6 chairs. That included a $45 travel fee which I understand; but the cost seemed high! We did not think Zerorez did CDA. I now know you do and will definitely use you next time.
