Facts...trust...got it clean, every stain removed (employee did NOT promise to remove all stains)...grout looks fantastic...no residue, dried quickly, friendly Zerorez rep. Used Zerorez a couple of years ago and it was the same....excellent service, friendly employees, trust in the same next time....and the next.

Very polite and informative technician, I have a 100+ year old house and wanted to see if they could get the grout on my kitchen floor cleaner. The tile and grout is original and was pretty dirty. I wasn't sure it would do any good to clean it. Much to my surprise it made a BIG difference! I wasn't expecting perfect due to the age of the floor but I was very happy it looked as good as it did!!! Thanks Zerorez!!
