Very flexible. I was not for sure what I wanted cleaned, and I appreciated that I did not have to commit to a certain amount of rooms. We had our lake place cleaned in CDA and used a different company. They charged $475 for 4 rooms and 6 chairs. That included a $45 travel fee which I understand; but the cost seemed high! We did not think Zerorez did CDA. I now know you do and will definitely use you next time.

I thought you were going to be to my house at 4 pm but it turned out that the appointment was 4 - 8 pm. The tech showed up at about 6:50 and was very apologetic and got right to work. He worked very efficiently and with my concerns about time and latenesss in the evening in mind. I received a discount due to the confusion and so I was calmed by how I was treated and appreciated by the tech. He also did a great job on the carpets as well.
