The crew was knowable and handled their equipment well. Carpet looked great when they left, but after 2 day (and dry) there was an outline or ring around the spot they were here to clean. It was very faint....

The technician was friendly and nice. I like that fact that there wasn't any soap residue in the carpets, they feel good not stiff. There are a couple of spots that didn't get removed but they aren't as noticeable as they were. Other than that little thing the carpets look clean and nice. They were awfully dirty! I will be recommending Zerorez to friends.
