Your appointment person is not good, hard to understand and very confusing information. That part of your business I would not recommend.

I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the tech that came and cleaned our carpets, But he did an exceptional job. He did a thorough inspection of our carpets and conveyed the value of the extraction process to us. We are glad we chose to go with his recommendations the carpet look fantastic.
