Arrived within the allotted 2 hour time frame. Called ahead and arrived on time. The tech was professional and yet very personable. Explained what he would do and if there would be any additional costs - which I had to approve before being done so no surprises. My carpet looks fabulous - even got out a couple of stains I didn't think would be possible!
