What was appreciated: Arriving on time, communication of services and expectation. Alicia and Patrick did a great job. If there was one item I would comment, is if they were more observant shoes are not worn in my home. They wore shoes, even though I had white carpet in the living room, and hard wood floors. Maybe there could be booties provided to the workers??

Friendly, honest, and effective!

I liked the service tech who came out. He was friendly, informative and took some before and after pictures. Always kept me informed of what was going on and showed me how much dog hair was pulled up even after I just vacuumed. We will be requesting Angel in the future.

We love how friendly and professional everyone is. From when we call to make the appointment to the time the job is done (carpets are cleaned) I like the ease of all communication and getting the receipt for payment, etc. We love, love love how the carpets feel and look. Our carpets are about 25 years old and although it is just my husband and I and we Have our shoes off, only walking around in house in clean socks, Zerorez always seem to clean the carpets where they are looking almost new. Zerorez always aims to please and have always done a great job. We've been customers of Zerorez for years. This last time. having cleaned, the carpets didn't look as they usually look when cleaned. I thought I would call and let them know. They were quick to respond and came out within a couple days to re evaluate and do the carpets over. Tyler was very friendly and professional. He redid and gave the areas the complete attention they needed and took his time to make sure it was all done, not just to our satisfaction but to his as well. He did an excellent job.
