Availability, polite service person, great communication

Have had you out before and everything went great. My carpet is old but a high in carpet so there is not really any ware and tare in it. It is out dated for me but both times you have been out and finished it looks new again. Tha service tech was friendly very well mannered and was willing to go over any area I felt needed it. But he didn't have to. My only complaint was the fact that he didn't arrive untill 5:30 which was in the window but I felt too late. Next time I will make sure that I ask for a morning appointment. I will use you again and always tell my friends how happy I am with your service.

The products clean without leaving a residue. This time the carpets were cleaned beautifully and all went well. I appreciated the timeliness of the staff and the quick contact with our rep. Last time, the rep I called had quit and a new rep was not assigned, scheduling took months, the gal that came had issues with the van and it took forever and she wanted to re-schedule, however it is hard for us to get the entire building ready and have staff here on the weekend to oversee it, re-scheduling is not an option, and the quality was not good. This time, your rep was quick to respond, your staff were on time, 2 employees came and the quality of the work was SO MUCH BETTER. Thank you for your wonderful work, and we will be continuing to use your services!
