The online scheduling doesn't work, which means that time was a waste to schedule online. So I called in to make the appointment.
The follow up contact calls were a little stiff and corporate structured for my liking. Comments I made for time needed to be contActed prior to your showing up. I was told I said 30 minutes prior courtesy call. Which was wrong, I told my initial contact I needed an hour because I don't live onsite at my apartments.
All that being said, your technician Jose was outstanding and he will be the technician I will exclusively ask for in the future.
Your commercial Dept doesn't seem to be very strong in their follow up. I requested to be contact when I initially set up the appointment and then a 2nd time when your confirming appointment phone call came in.
I am looking for a new carpet cleaning company to be the sole carpet cleaning service for my apartments. So far only Jose has met the quality and service I'm looking for.

Drys fast and the staff is always professional and nice.

The carpet cleaner was so professional and got out a red stain that I could not get out. He really worked to do the best job. I really like having Zerorez cleaning my carpets. They are really clean and fresh. This is at least my third time or maybe fourth but I am always pleased with the way my carpets look and smell. I know the cleaning goes way down inside the fibers and I feel so good about the service I can't say enough good about it. I will always use Zerorez.

You guys have always done a great job. However, next time you send me a postcard for a special don't bait and switch me. The post card was post marked the day the "special" was over; but the print was so small I didn't see it. The other thing I would ask is since you no longer have a dry cleaning area for certain types of fabric on furniture could you please find someone to recommend??

I always recommend you and am always happy with the job you do and the politeness of the gentlemen that come to the house.

I utilized the Zerorez online appointment format, and later received a call from an employee to verify and discuss my appointment and what I wanted done. She gave me an estimate right then based on my information. I received a confirmation/reminder of my scheduled appointment the day prior, as well as a personal phone call the morning of the appointment advising me that the technician was on his way. When Jose showed up, he was very polite and courteous, checked out the carpeted areas to be cleaned, and went to work. He always used shoe covers when he came into the house, placed protective devices on doorways and corners to prevent damage, and did an excellent job of cleaning all areas. He placed foam pads under any furniture that was going to sit on the damp carpet, and moved some of the furniture as necessary. He took special care to clean in both directions, and even used a device to stand the carpet fibers up where he had walked prior to leaving. The carpet looked so nice, we were reluctant to walk on it. At the conclusion of the cleaning, we made an electronic payment, and received a receipt via e-mail. Everything was excellent, from scheduling, to customer service, to the actual cleaning. Well done! I highly recommend Zerorez.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the associate who came to clean the carpet. He was very helpful and explained everything that he did. I didn't think some of the areas would actually come clean but they did! I highly recommend Zerorez and I will use them again.

I've always had good results and service with zeroedz except the so called "furnace cleaning" done recently. I attempted to resolve it but just ended in a series of phone tag.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez. The first time was for a rental I owned. The occupants left the carpet quite dirty. The Zerorez tech worked extra hard to make sure the carpets were as clean as possible. He definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. This time the tech did an amazing job getting stains out of the carpet and taking an extra effort in cleaning a sofa. I have and will continue to recommend Zerorez to my friends.

Shawn did our carpets on 7/3, he was very pleasant and did a very thorough job of cleaning and removing pet stains. My carpet looks and feels awesome. It doesnt make me cringe anymore when our infant and toddler great grandchildren play on the floor now!!
